At Constante Growth Partners, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, website development, CRM implementation, automation, and consulting services.
Because many of our services involve customized work, time, labor, and third-party costs, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
Website Design & Development
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Once design, development, content creation, or customization work has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before work begins, any payments made beyond non-recoverable expenses may be refunded at our discretion.
SEO Services
SEO services are performed on an ongoing basis and results cannot be guaranteed.
Payments for completed SEO work are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel future SEO services in accordance with their service agreement.
CRM Setup & Automation Services
CRM configuration, automation workflows, integrations, and custom setups involve labor and technical implementation.
Once setup work has begun, payments for completed work are non-refundable.
Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has been provided.
Requests to reschedule may be accommodated when reasonable notice is given.
Third-Party Services
Fees paid to third-party providers, including domain registrations, hosting services, software subscriptions, advertising platforms, and related services, are non-refundable.
